在汉口繁华的武广商圈两侧,武汉市汉口辅仁小学两个校区成双龙戏珠之态遥相呼应。近百年的岁月更迭中,学校几易校址、三更校名、一度合校,积淀出“做更好的自己”的沉稳价值追求。作为校长,在践行“为灵动生命的自主发展提供适合教育”的办学理念的过程中,我思考着这样的几个命题:学校是什么?学校生活是什么?学校师生是怎样的角色定位呢?在推动学校发展的过程中,我们在师生、生活、课程、成长诸多学校发展要素中寻找着这些命题的最佳答案。
