分析石家庄市2005—2008年建设项目职业病危害评价现状及存在的问题,发现石家庄市的建设项目职业病危害预评价率为19.4%,竣工验收率为14.9%。石家庄市建设项目职业病危害预评价率和竣工验收率偏低。建议落实建设项目职业病危害评价政府招投标制,把好建设项目立项审批关,确立政府、用人单位和群众监督三方协调机制,加强职业卫生技术服务能力建设。
The present situation and existing problems of occupational hazards assessment of construction projects in Shijiazhuang from 2005 to 2008 were analyzed. The pre-evaluation rate of occupational hazards in construction projects in Shijiazhuang was 19.4% and the acceptance rate was 14.9%. Shijiazhuang City, occupational hazards in pre-construction project evaluation rate and the acceptance rate is low. It is suggested to implement the government bidding system for the evaluation of occupational hazards in construction projects, to examine and approve the establishment of good construction projects, to establish the government, employing units and the masses to supervise the tripartite coordination mechanism and to strengthen the capacity building of technical health services for occupational health.
