With the prevention and treatment of pulmonary heart disease carried out in depth, around the reports of pulmonary heart disease blood gas is increasing. Our hospital from November 1974 to February 1976 for hospitalized patients and some outpatients with chronic pulmonary heart disease patients made a total of 163 cases of blood gas determination of 333 cases. This article attempts to observe the changes of blood gas in chronic cor pulmonale to explore its clinical relationship with pulmonary heart disease
