目的研究半乳糖凝集素-3(Galectin-3,Gal-3)的结构、功能、与脂类代谢关系及其在下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的发生和进展中的表达情况。方法对相关文献进行综述分析。结果 Gal-3参与炎症反应及脂类代谢紊乱,调节细胞的生长、分化、黏附、凋亡和血管生成,参与动脉硬化闭塞症的发生和进展。结论 Gal-3与下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的发生、进展和预后的相关性是肯定的,具有生物学标志性意义。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the structure and function of galectin-3 (Gal-3) and lipid metabolism and the occurrence and progression of arteriosclerosis obliterans in lower extremities. Methods The related literature is reviewed and analyzed. Results Gal-3 was involved in the inflammatory reaction and lipid metabolism disorder, regulating cell growth, differentiation, adhesion, apoptosis and angiogenesis, and participating in the occurrence and progression of arteriosclerosis obliterans. Conclusion The correlation between Gal-3 and the occurrence, progression and prognosis of arteriosclerosis obliterans in lower extremity is affirmative and has biological landmark significance.
