2006年第三期,本刊刊发了《我国医疗卫生领域主要经济政策评述》一文,该文主要针对医疗市场准入、区域卫生规划、医疗机构分类、医疗服务收费和药品价格政策,以及医疗器械价格政策等问题,从政策层面对当前我国医疗卫生领域存在的弊端进行了分析。本期,该作者又通过对现行医药价格的理论基础,现行医药政策下医疗费用的形成过程,以及医疗保险在现行医药价格政策下的作用等方面的经济学分析,阐明我国目前医疗费用快速增长的根本原因,他对我国正在进行的医疗改革,尤其是医药价格政策的制定提出了一些值得思考的见解。
