目的了解天津市河东区2010年1月~2012年12月剖宫产率变化趋势并探讨其影响因素。方法提取该时间段14183例住院分娩者的信息,分析剖宫产率的变化趋势,并进行相关因素分析。结果3年的总剖宫产率为70.78%,呈逐渐下降趋势,3年时间剖宫产率降低了14个百分点。结论河东区的剖宫产率较高,与产妇年龄及产妇并发症、合并症呈正相关。
Objective To understand the trend of cesarean section rate in Hedong District of Tianjin from January 2010 to December 2012 and explore the influencing factors. Methods The information of 14 183 cases of hospital delivery in this period of time was extracted, the trend of cesarean section rate was analyzed, and the related factors were analyzed. Results The 3-year total cesarean section rate was 70.78%, showing a gradual downward trend, 3-year cesarean section rate decreased by 14 percentage points. Conclusion The rate of cesarean section in Hedong District is high, which is positively correlated with maternal age, maternal complications and comorbidities.
