心肌梗塞是心肌缺血性坏死,它一直是心血管疾病死亡的首要原因。在心肌梗塞时,心肌缺血缺氧可导致心肌细胞结构破坏,心肌细胞内多种酶释放入血,我们通过测定实验性心肌梗塞大鼠血清中心肌酶活性及缺氧缺糖性损伤的心肌细胞培养液中心肌酶的活性,来观察中药心复康对心肌梗塞病变的防治作用。
Myocardial infarction is myocardial ischemic necrosis and it has been the leading cause of death from cardiovascular disease. In myocardial infarction, myocardial ischemia and hypoxia can lead to the destruction of myocardial cell structure. Many enzymes in myocardial cells are released into the blood. We measured the activity of myocardial enzymes and the hypoxic-glucose-damaged cardiomyocytes in the serum of experimental myocardial infarction rats. The activity of myocardium enzyme in culture medium was used to observe the preventive and therapeutic effects of Xinfukang on myocardial infarction.
