新乡地区,采用钻孔灌注桩修建公路桥梁,从今年3月底开始起截至7月底止,共修了3孔7.5米装配式钢筋混凝土桥4座,总长107.76米。桩径由0.6~0.8米两种组成,都是一墩两柱,每座桥用8个桩柱,深度14.5~19.5米,共钻32孔,累计深度480米,碰到过粘土、亚砂土、粉砂、细砂、粗砂及土夹姜石等地层。我们在施工中,根据土质软硬不同的特性,自己制造了大锅锥、狼牙锥和老虎头锥等锥具。经过反复试验,摸到了遇到什么土层应用什么锥具的规律。我们用单班18人工作15天内就完成一座桥的下部构造。每个钻孔从定位、埋护筒、钻孔、吊放钢筋骨架及灌注水下混凝土等工序,只用两天时间便可完成。
