世界黄金协会(World Gold Council)近日发布的报告称,今年第三季度,中国超过印度成为全球第一大黄金消费国。今年7~9月,受印度卢比贬值和进口限制措施等因素影响,印度消费者的黄金需求较上年同期下滑32%,至148.2吨,而中国的需求增长18%,至209.6吨。报告称,截至今年9月30日,中国和印度的黄金需求分别为797.8吨和715.7吨。
The World Gold Council recently released a report that in the third quarter of this year, China surpassed India to become the world’s largest consumer of gold. From July to September this year, Indian consumer demand for gold fell 32% to 148.2 tons due to factors such as the depreciation of Indian Rupee and import restrictions, while demand in China increased by 18% to 209.6 tons. The report said that as of September 30 this year, China and India’s gold demand were 797.8 tons and 715.7 tons.
