给大鼠静脉注射P物质后,观察大鼠在体心脏的机械收缩活动,发现P物质能引起大鼠心脏的收缩幅度显著加强,而对心率无明显改变。注射前收缩幅度为9.74±0.36mm,注射后即刻收缩幅度为11.64±0.49mm(P<0.001),5分钟后为10.76±0.43mm,(P<0.001);切断大鼠双侧迷走神经前后注射P物质所引起的心脏收缩加强效应未见明显差别。
After intravenous administration of substance P to rats, mechanical contractile activity of the rat heart in vivo was observed. It was found that substance P caused a significant increase in the amplitude of contraction in the rat heart without any significant change in heart rate. The systolic amplitude before injection was 9.74 ± 0.36mm, the systolic amplitude immediately after injection was 11.64 ± 0.49mm (P <0.001), 10.76 ± 0.43mm after 5 minutes (P <0 .001). There was no significant difference in cardiac contractility induced by injection of substance P before and after bilateral vagal denervation in rats.
