采用进宫法探讨了侧脑室注射胃泌素影响小鼠记忆的中枢机制。结果：（１）在复杂迷宫趋食反应中，胃泌素可引起小鼠记忆巩固不良，（２）侧脑室预先注射阿托品或心得安对胃泌素引起的记忆巩固不良有改善作用；（３）侧脑室预先给予酚妥拉明对胃泌素所致的记忆巩固不良无改善作用。这些结果提示中枢胃泌素对小鼠记忆活动的影响可能与中枢胆硷能受体和肾上腺素能受体活动有关。
Using the method of hysteroscopy, we investigated the central mechanism of intracerebroventricular injection of gastrin in memory of mice. Results: (1) Gastrin could cause poor memory consolidation in mice in complex maze feeding-induced reactions; (2) preinjection of atropine into the lateral ventricle or propranolol can ameliorate memory consolidation failure caused by gastrin; (3) ) Lateral ventricles of pre-given phentolamine on gastrin-induced memory consolidation failure did not improve. These results suggest that the effect of central gastrin on memory activity in mice may be related to central cholinergic receptor and adrenergic receptor activity.
