前言 00Cr15Ni6Mo2AlNb钢是制作电影胶片挤压涂布咀用材,要求高几何尺寸稳定性和高耐腐蚀能力。采用本钢材制作的挤压涂布咀投产使用以来,运行良好,满足使用要求。但由于含镍马氏体时效钢中奥氏体的数量和状态对钢的强度和韧性有很大影响,因此本实验对00Cr15Ni6Mo2AlNb钢在不同规范热处理状态下的奥氏体含量做了测定,为本钢选择较难的深冲成型工艺提供了温度规范的参考依据。
Foreword 00Cr15Ni6Mo2AlNb steel is the production of film squeeze coating Tsui material, requiring high dimensional stability and high corrosion resistance. The extrusion coating Tsui made using this steel put into operation since the operation well to meet the use requirements. However, the amount and state of austenite in the martensitic nickel-containing steel have a great influence on the strength and toughness of the steel. Therefore, the austenite content of 00Cr15Ni6Mo2AlNb steel under different normalized heat treatment conditions was determined as Benxi Iron and Steel choose more difficult deep-drawing process provides a reference temperature standard.
