新闻背景:联合国大会9月8日一致通过了《全球反恐战略》,以协调和加强联合国各个成员国在打击恐怖主义方面的努力。这是联合国192个成员国第一次就打击恐怖主义的全球战略达成一致意见。《全球反恐战略》由一份决议和一个行动计划组成。决议说,恐怖主义是国际和平与安全面临的最为严重的威胁之一,因此要“坚决和明确地强烈谴责各种形式的恐怖主义”。
News background: The UN General Assembly unanimously adopted the “Global Counter-Terrorism Strategy” on September 8th to coordinate and strengthen the efforts of various UN member states in combating terrorism. This is the first time that the UN’s 192 member states have reached a consensus on a global strategy to combat terrorism. The Global Counter-Terrorism Strategy consists of a resolution and an action plan. The resolution said that terrorism is one of the most serious threats to international peace and security. Therefore, it is necessary to “resolutely and explicitly strongly condemn terrorism in all its forms”.
