空气进入柴油机喷油泵以后,就意味着喷油泵供油不连续,甚至不喷油,并很快导致柴油机自动熄火。当把喷油泵中的空气哲时排出后,柴油机即能起动,随着柴油机的工作,空气再进入喷油泵,又导致柴油机自动熄火。……这种故障的恶果是使柴油机几乎不能工作,严重地影响了柴油机的生产效率。本文就喷油泵中有空气的几种常见故障进行分析并提出排除故障的办法。
After the air enters the diesel fuel injection pump, it means that the fuel injection pump is not continuous, even does not inject fuel, and will soon cause the diesel engine to turn off automatically. When the air in the fuel injection pump was released, the diesel engine was able to start. As the diesel engine worked, the air re-entered the fuel injection pump, which in turn led to the automatic flameout of the diesel engine. ...... The consequences of this failure is to make the diesel engine can hardly work, seriously affecting the production efficiency of diesel engines. In this paper, there are several common faults in the fuel injection pump with air and propose the way to eliminate the fault.
