Environmental damage is not limited to the atmosphere and the ocean. Tropical rainforests are also rapidly being destroyed. Whether or not they survive is an unknown. Harvard biologist E.O. Wilson named the destruction of tropical rain forests as ”the largest scale after the age of dinosaurs."
