重结晶是化学合成中常用到的一种分离提纯操作,其中活性炭、溶剂等的用量对产率有重大影响.本文通过苯甲酸重结晶实验,深入研究了活性炭用量、水溶剂用量及过滤速度等对苯甲酸产率的影响,从而确定了最佳实验操作条件,使苯甲酸的产率提高到80%以上.
Recrystallization is a separation and purification process commonly used in chemical synthesis, in which the amount of activated carbon, solvent and so on have a significant impact on the yield.In this paper, through the benzoic acid recrystallization experiments, the amount of activated carbon, the amount of water solvent and the filtration rate On the yield of benzoic acid, so as to determine the best experimental operating conditions, the yield of benzoic acid increased to more than 80%.
