在全球范围内,有线和电信运营商都开始向“三网融合”方向迈进,而且步伐越来越快,这一趋势在美国和欧洲表现得最为明显:有线运营商积极向用户提供VoIP和数据业务,而电信运营商则通过提供IP视频(IPTV)予以反击。
Globally, both cable and telecom operators are beginning to move toward “triple play” at a faster pace. This trend is most evident in the United States and Europe: Cable operators are actively providing VoIP and data services to subscribers , While telecom operators counterattack by offering IP video (IPTV).
