2012年以来,广东省深入学习贯彻中国共产党第十八次全国代表大会、全国科技创新大会和习近平总书记系列重要讲话精神,以“三个定位、两个率先”为总要求,全面实施创新驱动发展战略,推动全省经济结构战略性调整和产业转型升级,着力构建以创新为主要引领和支撑的经济体系和发展模式。主要做法和成效近五年来,广东省委省政府多次召开高规格创新驱动发展大会和现场推进会,出台了系列政策文件,狠抓各项措施落地,取得了显著成效。2016年全省R&D/GDP达到2.58%,比2012年

Main Practices and Results In the past five years, the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government held a number of high-level innovation-driven development conferences and on-site promotion meetings. A series of policy documents were issued and various measures were implemented. Significant results have been achieved. In 2016, the province’s R & D / GDP reached 2.58%, more than in 2012
