一、加强体育锻炼。经常进行体育锻炼如散步、慢跑、太极拳等活动,能使人反应灵敏、精神振奋、性格豁达。很多专家研究表明,体育锻炼不管什么时候开始,即便是少量的运动也有利于身心健康。 二、勤动脑,多思考。经常找一些有意义的事情做,如读书、写字、绘画、写作、集邮等。不要老是沉湎于对往事的回忆,生活要乐观,要“老骥伏枥,志在千里”。
