日前,北京北辰实业股份有限公司(简称“北辰实业”SH601588)刊登招股意向书,将发行不超过15亿A股,占发行后公司总股本的比例不超过44.55%。新发股份预计将于10月中旬在上交所上市。据悉,北辰实业深圳地区的发行询价已经于14日结束。深圳地区的15家基金管理公司全部参加了询价。
Recently, Beijing Beichen Industrial Co., Ltd. (“Beichen Industrial” SH601588) published a letter of intent for prospecting, which will issue no more than 1.5 billion A shares, accounting for no more than 44.55% of the total share capital of the Company after its release. The new shares are expected to be listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in mid-October. It is reported that Beichen Industrial Shenzhen issue of the inquiry has ended on the 14th. 15 fund management companies in Shenzhen all participated in the inquiry.
