这次中国财政学会年会暨第15次全国财政理论讨论会,是新世纪我国财政学界的一次重要会议。我代表财政部党组对会议的召开表示热烈祝贺!并借此机会,向全国财政理论工作者致以诚挚问候! 刚才,丙乾同志所作的重要讲话,紧紧围绕财政部门贯彻实践“三个代表”的要求,全面分析了新的历史条件下确立正确财政观的重大现实意义,深入阐述了建立稳固、平衡、强大的国家财政的目标任务和实现途径,并对今后一个时期财政科研和学会工作提出了明确要求。讲话立意高远,寓意深刻,内涵丰富,切中实际,具有十分重要的指导意义,希望大家认真学习,认真贯彻落实。下面,我讲几点意见。
