该废水处理系统是1979年按处理能力70m3/h而建成的,耗资200多万元,处理吨水电耗为1.46kW·h/m3。由于多种原因,近年来处理效果较差。经广泛深入地调查研究,通过全面的经济技术分析与优化选择,充分挖掘了原设施的潜力,以工程投资129万元完成了改造扩建设计,在出水达标的前提下,电耗又降至0.69kW·h/m3。木文还着重阐述了我国工业废水处理设施的运行现状,以及为了节省或有效地利用投资与降低能耗用最优化方法解决挖潜改造、设计与运行管理等问题的紧迫性和重要性。
