我国杰出的满族作家老舍先生,从《民族团结》杂志诞生时起,就给予了热情的关怀与支持。1957年秋,经过紧张的筹备工作,《民族团结》杂志(试刊号)问世。当时,在汪锋同志和萨空了同志的主持下,先后两次邀请在北京的一些专家、学者、民族工作者和文化界知名人士举行座谈,听取他们对《民族团结》杂志的意见,并希望得到他们的大力支持。作为编辑部的一员,我参加了这两次座谈会。萨空了同志在会上恳切地说:“《民族团
