近年来,关于外商直接投资(FDI)在我国经济中作用的争议不绝于耳。其中,外资是否在中国形成了垄断,外资对我国产业和市场的控制,外资是否威胁到我国产业与经济安全就是最重要的问题之一。一些数据表明外资对我国市场控制已经达到30%这一公认的警戒线,需要认真对待。我们认为,对于外资对我国产业安全的威胁以及市场控制等问题,需要根据具体情况做出准确客观的分析,为制定相应的政策提供依据。本文将扣除外资企业的出口因素,更为精确地计算外资企业在中国市场的占有率,进而分析这种市场控制的行业特征以及对产业安全的影响。
In recent years, controversy over the role of foreign direct investment (FDI) in our economy has been heard. Among them, whether foreign capital has formed a monopoly in China or not, foreign investment in our country’s industries and markets, and whether foreign investment poses a threat to China’s industry and economic security are one of the most important issues. Some data indicate that the recognized warning line that foreign investment controls the market in our country has reached 30% and needs to be taken seriously. In our opinion, we must make accurate and objective analysis on the specific conditions and provide the basis for formulating the corresponding policies on the foreign-funded threats to our country’s industrial safety and market control. This article will deduct the export of foreign-funded enterprises, more accurately calculate the foreign-funded enterprises in the Chinese market share, and then analyze the characteristics of this market-controlled industries and the impact on industrial safety.
