本实验以新农药川化018拌饲喂养Wistar种大白鼠,饲料中川化018浓度为500PPM。于给药后第10天、第20天,第40天、第80天测定动物甲状腺功能,进行甲状腺组织病理、10种酶活性组织化学检查及超微结构观察。同时对不给药动物测定相应指标。结果,各测定期实验组大鼠甲状腺重量显著高于对照组。0~10天及20~40天内甲状腺增重与对照组有显著差异。
In this experiment, the Wistar species of rats was fed with a new pesticide, Chuanhua 018, and the concentration of Chuanhua 018 in the diet was 500PPM. The thyroid function was measured on the 10th, 20th, 40th, and 80th day after administration. Thyroid histopathology, histochemical examination of ten enzyme activities, and ultrastructural observation were performed. At the same time, the corresponding indicators were determined for non-administered animals. As a result, the thyroid weight was significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group at each measurement period. The thyroid weight gain was significantly different from the control group in 0 to 10 days and 20 to 40 days.
