由于血液稀释已应用于多种疾病的治疗,但血液稀释后对机体的近期及远期影响如何?是否给机体带来损害,是一个重要问题。目前所知,国内外对此问题报导极少。我们应用晶体溶液对7只狗造成深度血液稀释。在稀释前后及平均存活7天、70天、检查其血液流变学、血气酸碱平衡、血浆钾钠和酶的变化,并观察动物处死后各脏器形态学改变。结果表明、稀释动物存活70天,上述各指标恢复正常,组织未有严重病变。提示血液稀释在一定范围内,不会给机体带来不良后果。
Since hemodilution has been applied to the treatment of various diseases, it is an important issue as to whether the effect of blood dilution on the body’s immediate and long-term effects will cause damage to the body. As far as I know, there are very few reports on this issue at home and abroad. We applied a crystal solution to make a deep blood dilution of 7 dogs. Before and after dilution and on average for 7 days and 70 days, blood rheology, blood-acid-base balance, changes in plasma potassium, sodium and enzymes were examined, and morphological changes of various organs were observed after the animals were sacrificed. The results showed that the diluted animals survived for 70 days, the above indicators returned to normal, and the tissues did not have severe lesions. It is suggested that the blood is diluted within a certain range and will not cause adverse effects on the body.
