利用一氧化二氮-乙炔火焰原子吸收法测定钛精矿、钛铁矿、高钛渣和人造金红石中0.5~15%含量范围的硅。样品用碱熔,沸水浸取,水解沉淀分离钛,而后对碱性上清液进行原子吸收测定。方法简便快速,适用于常规分析,其特征浓度为0.97微克/毫升/1%吸收,检出限为0.15微克/毫升,相对标准偏差为3.5~5.5%,加料试验平均回收率接近100%。
Determination of 0.5-15% silicon in titanium concentrate, ilmenite, high titanium slag and synthetic rutile by nitrous oxide - acetylene flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The samples were alkalimerized, leached by boiling water, and the titanium was separated by hydrolytic precipitation. Then, the basic supernatant was subjected to atomic absorption spectrometry. The method is simple and fast and is suitable for routine analysis with a characteristic concentration of 0.97 μg / ml / 1% absorption with a detection limit of 0.15 μg / ml and a relative standard deviation of 3.5-5.5%. The average recovery of the feed test is close to 100%.
