深圳作为全国的改革开放窗口和信息化建设的试点城市,已在社会信息化道路上取得了可喜的成绩,从开发利用信息资源和电子信层技术到促进整个社会信息产业的发展,深圳都大胆迈出了探索者的步伐。那么,自邓小平同志1984年提出“开发信息资源,服务四化建设”以来,深圳的信息业究竟取得了什么成绩,吸取了什么经验,应该采取何种措施来实现我市信息业的市场化、现代化和社会化呢?笔者试就以上几个问题谈谈看法。

From the development and utilization of information resources and electronic letter layer technology to the development of the entire social information industry, Shenzhen is bold Took the pace of the explorer.
