通过对大庆油田输油泵的调查发现,目前油田上大约有四分之三的离心油泵是偏大泵。对任意选定的十台离心油泵进行调查、分析、计算,结果表明平均每台泵浪费功率8.12kw,油田仅此一项,按保守的估算每年消耗于出口节流阀门的功率就达4500万度电,相当于三百多万元的财富。文中分析了出现偏大泵的原因。对目前选用泵的余量提出了看法。对正在运行泵提高运行效率,综述了可行的四种措施,其中切割叶轮外径法简便,可行,只需几十元的投资,理论计算和国内外的经验都指出,每台泵每年即可节约能源费7千元左右,文中还介绍了简易的计算方法。
