国内外许多著名企业的强大竞争力证明:企业要想永续生存发展,百年基业长青,唯有进行企业文化建设。我们不仅可以看到这些著名企业高质量的产品、真诚的服务和惊人的市场份额,还可以感受到隐藏在其背后无形的“文化力”。随着我国市场经济的逐步完善和现代企业制度的建立,我国电力企业目前也基本完成了市场化改革,打破了旧的体制模式,从厂网分开、竞价上网到打破行业垄断,在日益显性的竞争中受到洗礼,增加了电力企业的活力。同时,市场的残酷无情,几乎是一夜之间让电力企业的同仁们意识到,唯有具有鲜明文化个性的企业,才能凸现企业的竞争优势,使企业在市场竞争中立于不败之地。打造具有行业特色和企业特点的企业文化已成为我国电力企业建设的热点。电力企业文化建设需要从“起点”到“终点”逐步“点”击,需要通过一点一点的下真功夫才能建设好。
