7月6日,国家发改委、国家能源局共同印发了《关于促进智能电网发展的指导意见》。这是首份国家层面支持智能电网发展的重要文件。它的出台,无疑让智能电网的发展更明确,更有方向。随着全球能源生产消费的持续增长,能源安全、环境污染、气候变化等成为威胁人类社会发展的重大问题。构建安全、稳定、多元、清洁的现代能源体系迫在眉睫。智能电网是能源转型升级的必要条件,是实现全球能源互联网构想的重要支撑。它的发展,不但能带动产业升级,推动能源科技的创新,更为人类未来能源
July 6, the National Development and Reform Commission, the National Energy Board jointly issued a “guidance on promoting the development of smart grid.” This is the first important document that supports the development of smart grid at the national level. Its introduction, no doubt let the development of smart grid clearer, more direction. With the continuous growth of global energy production and consumption, energy security, environmental pollution and climate change have become major issues that threaten the development of human society. It is imminent to build a modern energy system that is safe, stable, diverse and clean. The smart grid is a necessary condition for energy transformation and upgrading and an important support for realizing the global energy internet concept.
