近年来山东省狂犬病发病逐年上升,疫区不断扩大。全省狂犬病1978年发病73例,1988年554例,疫区由1978年的4个地(市)的15个县(区),扩大到1988年的14个地(市)的91个县(市、区)。目前本病已波及全省14个地(市)的121个县(市、区)。为了解我省狂犬病流行情况和特点,为防制本病提供科学依据,现将所收集到的近12年的狂犬病死亡病例调查进行分析。
In recent years, the incidence of rabies increased year by year in Shandong Province, the epidemic continues to expand. In 1978, 73 cases of rabies were reported in the province and 554 cases in 1988. The epidemic area was expanded from 15 counties (districts) in 4 places (cities) in 1978 to 91 counties (counties) in 14 places (cities) in 1988 City, district). At present, the disease has spread to 121 counties (cities and districts) in 14 places (cities) in the province. In order to understand the epidemic situation and characteristics of rabies in our province and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of this disease, the recent investigation on the death of rabies in the past 12 years has been carried out.
