五链锁是斗式提升机的主要构件。原来,我们采用热加工方法制作五链锁,效率低,质量也不高。经过不断试验研究,终于试制成功五链锁工具胎,将热加工改为冷加工,不但提高工效5倍以上,而且质量也有改进。现将五链锁工具胎的结构及冷加工方法简要介绍于下。一、五链锁工具胎的结构冷轧五链锁的工具胎的结构如图1 a,b所示。工具胎的轧滚和轧滚轴安装在用钢板焊接而成的托架上。轧滚两侧装有定位调整螺丝,以调整治轧金属棒的位置(图1a)。为
The five-chain lock is the main component of the bucket elevator. Originally, we used a hot-work method to make a five-chain lock, which was inefficient and of low quality. After continuous experimentation and research, it finally succeeded in trial-production of a successful five-chain lock tool tire and changed hot processing to cold processing. This not only improved work efficiency by more than five times, but also improved quality. The structure and cold working method of the five-chain lock tool tire are briefly introduced below.
