2005年6月6日上午,刚刚转晴的天气洗去了故都的蒙尘,给西安美术学院建筑群增添了一层清新亮丽的色彩。由中国美术家协会主办,中国美协理论委员会和西安美术学院联合承办的“首届中国美术金彩·长安论坛”就在这里开幕。开幕式由西安美术学院院长杨晓阳主持。中国美术家协会常务副主席刘大为,中央美术学院院长潘公凯,中国美术家协会理论委员会主任邵大箴以及中共陕西省委宣传部副部长白阿莹出席开幕式并致辞,杨晓阳代表论坛承办方讲话。出席开幕式的还有中国美术家协会副秘书长戴志祺、研究部主任刘建、秘书处处长朱凡,文化部艺术司美术处副处长安
June 6, 2005 morning, just sunny weather washed away the dust of the capital, to the Xi’an Institute of Fine Arts buildings added a layer of fresh and bright colors. Sponsored by the Chinese Artists Association, the Chinese Academy of Art Association and the Chinese Academy of Fine Arts Xi’an Academy of Fine Arts jointly hosted the “first China Art Jincai Chang Forum” opened here. The opening ceremony presided over by Xi’an Academy of Fine Arts Yang Xiaoyang. Liu Dawei, executive vice chairman of Chinese Artists Association, Pan Gongkai, dean of the Central Academy of Fine Arts, Shao Dazhen, director of the Theoretical Committee of the Chinese Artists Association, and Bai Anying, vice minister of Propaganda Department of CPC Shaanxi Provincial Committee attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches. Yang Xiaoyang addressed the organizers of the forum. Also present at the opening ceremony were Dai Zhiji, deputy secretary general of the Chinese Artists Association, Liu Jian, director of the research department, Zhu Fan, director of the secretariat, and deputy director of the Fine Arts Department of the Arts Department of the Ministry of Culture
