自1991年颁布计量技术规范JJG1027-1991《测量误差及数据处理》以来 ,特别是1993年7个国际组织联合发表《测量不确定度表述导则(GUM)》(这个文献1995年修订全文的中文译文可在《测量不确定度表达百问》一书中找到)以来 ,我国介绍和讨论不确定度评定的文章和书籍逐渐多起来 ,其中也有不少评定的算例。这些出版物对我国计量学界掌握和运用测量不确定度起了极大的推动作用。但个别文章中出现了一些虽非十分重要的趋向 ,本人认为也有必要提出供同行讨论
Since the publication of the “Measurement Errors and Data Processing” of JJG1027-1991 in 1991, especially since July 1993, seven international organizations jointly issued the Guidance on the Expression of Measurement Uncertainty (GUM) (the Chinese version of the full text of the revised 1995 Since the translation can be found in the book entitled “Expression of Measurement Uncertainty,” there are many articles and books on the introduction and discussion of the evaluation of uncertainty in our country. There are also many examples of evaluation. These publications play an important role in promoting the measurement and uncertainty of measurement in our country. However, some articles appeared in some though not very important trend, I think it is necessary to propose for peer discussion
