镇江焦化煤气集团公司是全国最大的特种焦炭生产基地,镇江市唯一的管道煤气气源厂。近年来,由于增本减利因素不断增加,企业面临十分严重的困难,经济效益严重滑坡。造成企业效益滑坡的主要原因有以下几个方面: (1)、外供城市煤气亏损较大,1996年制供气实际成本为1.245元/m~3(不含管理费和财务费),远远高于过去0.75元/m~3和现行的0.95元/m~3的销售价。
Zhenjiang Coking Gas Group Co., Ltd. is the country’s largest special coke production base and Zhenjiang’s only pipeline gas source plant. In recent years, due to the ever-increasing cost-increasing factors, companies are facing serious difficulties and the economic efficiency has been severely declining. The main reasons for the decline in corporate profits are the following: (1) The loss of externally supplied city gas is relatively large. The actual cost of gas supply in 1996 was 1.245 yuan/m3 (excluding management fees and financial fees). It is much higher than the previous sales price of 0.75 yuan/m3 and the current 0.95 yuan/m3.
