实习是经济管理类院校提高大学生技能和实践能力的重要途径。围绕经济管理类院校专业大学生党员实习期间发挥先锋模范作用的问题,分析实习期间学生党员管理的现状,提出大学生党员在实习期间如何继续发挥好先锋模范作用,党组织如何考核、监测学生党员先锋模范作用的发挥,以保持党员队伍的先进性。
Internship is an important way for economic management colleges to improve the skills and practical ability of college students.
