感染性心内膜炎一词1931年由Thayez氏首先使用,后为Leznez及weinsfein广为运用。细菌性心内膜炎的致病菌,除一般而外,也可由霉菌·立克次氏体等引起,故亦可称之为感染性心内膜炎。本文拟就感染性心内膜炎的致病菌、临床特征、诊断技巧和治疗等方面的近况作一综述。
The term infective endocarditis was first used by Thayez in 1931 and later used by Leznez and weinsfein. Bacterial endocarditis pathogens, in addition to the general, but also caused by the mold, rickettsia, etc., it can also be called infective endocarditis. This article intends to review the current status of pathogens, clinical features, diagnostic skills and treatment of infective endocarditis.
