由于传统教育模式实施统一的教学内容,要求达到统一的教学目标,不断的失败使学生失去学习兴趣和信心,教学效果难以达到。对高职院校而言,由于学生生源复杂,知识结构、层次不一,他们将来的去向也是大有不同,因此需要立足学生,打破传统模式,分层次进行教学。分层教学的核心是面向全体学生,正视学生的个体差异,使学生在自己原有基础上得到发展,在每一节课内都能获得成功的喜悦,从而激发学生的学习兴趣,渐渐从要我学变成我要学,达到终身学习的目的。
