我国职业教育经历了多年的发展,现在已经初具规模。我国举办高职教育的很多院校很多都是由以前的中职学校、成人教育培训学校等通过升格或者合并组建形成的。其师资队伍在长期历史惯性的影响下,显得越来越不能满足现代高职教育的要求。文章对高职院校师资队伍建设方面的问题进行了分析,并且提出了几点建议。
Vocational education in our country has experienced years of development and is now beginning to take shape. Many colleges and universities that hold higher vocational education in our country are formed by upgrading or merging the former secondary vocational schools and adult education and training schools. Under the influence of long-term historical inertia, its faculty members are increasingly unable to meet the requirements of modern higher vocational education. The article analyzes the problems in the construction of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward some suggestions.
