简述了十足目动物中重要虾蟹类卵黄蛋白原(vitellogenin)的基因克隆及分子相关研究进展。分别从分子的合成转运、分子结构特征、分子进化、表达和激素调控、生物学功能等几个方面展开介绍,整理回顾了目前已被克隆鉴定的十足目动物Vg分子特征;指出了同源蛋白间存在的结构和功能的相似性;分析了分子间的系统进化关系;归纳了十足目Vg种间蛋白的主要特征,并且提出一些区别于其它物种的独特之处。以期为进一步深入开展卵黄蛋白分子研究积累资料,同时为虾蟹类卵巢发育机制研究提供理论依据。
The cloning and molecular related studies of vitellogenin, an important shrimp and crab in the deciduous animal, were briefly reviewed. The molecular characteristics of Vg, which have been cloned and identified, were summarized and reviewed from the aspects of molecular synthesis and transport, molecular structure, molecular evolution, expression and regulation of hormones, and biological functions. The homologous proteins The similarity of the structure and function existing between them; the phylogenetic relationships among the molecules were analyzed; the main features of the proteins of the ten legumes Vg were summarized; and some unique features were distinguished from those of other species. With a view to accumulating data for further study of yolk protein molecules, at the same time provide a theoretical basis for the study of ovarian development mechanism of shrimp and crab.
