我市列入先进性教育活动试点工作范围的基层党组织9731个,党员148937人。通过分析,我们认为,要搞好城市基层的先进性教育活动,必须加强分类指导。 城市基层党组织和党员队伍的特点,决定了先进性教育活动不能搞一个模式,必须具体情况具体分析,不同情况区别对待。因此,从先进性教育活动一开始,我们就把分类指导作为先进性教育活动的一项重要原则,牢牢把握城市基层的特点,努力提高先进性教育活动的针对性和实效性。 经验一紧紧抓住主要环节,把分类指导原则贯穿于先进性教育活动的全过程 在学习动员阶段,重点在思想发动、培训内容、培训方式上分类指导。为了切实抓好思想发动工作,我们在
