虽然我国目前也非常重视学生实际操作技能的培养,但传统的培养模式客观上使学生远离了生产第一线,集中安排的企业实习又不利于学生及时将所学理论同实践相结合,因为企业不可能单独按照学校培养目标为学生提供全面和多样化的职业培训。本文以《市场调查》的实践教学为例,通过学生在工作中展开自我批评,带着自我批评进行理论学习,探索工学结合能让学生学到什么,工学结合会遇到哪些困难,以及我们应如何解决这些困难,最终使工学结合的有效性得到最大发挥。
Although our country attaches great importance to the cultivation of students’ practical skills at present, the traditional mode of cultivation objectively keeps the students away from the first-line of production. The concentrated internship of enterprises is not conducive to the timely combination of the theory and practice of the students because the enterprises It is impossible to provide students with comprehensive and diversified vocational training in accordance with the school training objectives alone. This article takes the practice teaching of “market survey” as an example.
