消化道出血是重型颅脑损伤后常见的并发症。研究证明,几乎所有的重型颅脑损伤病人都可出现不同程度的上消化道病变,但多属于亚临床型,一般不发生出血。然而,一旦发生出血,即可使病情迅速恶化,并严重影响预后。因此,在颅脑损伤患者的监护治疗中,应警惕消化道出血的发生。我们总结了176例重型颅脑损伤后血糖浓度变化与消化道出血的临床资料,认为血糖升高与消化道出血有显著相关性。1 临床资料
Gastrointestinal bleeding is a common complication after severe craniocerebral injury. Studies have shown that almost all of the patients with severe head injury may have varying degrees of upper gastrointestinal lesions, but mostly belong to the subclinical type, the general does not occur bleeding. However, in the event of bleeding, the condition can rapidly deteriorate and seriously affect the prognosis. Therefore, in the care of patients with head injury treatment, should be alert to the occurrence of gastrointestinal bleeding. We summarize the clinical data of 176 cases of severe brain injury after changes in blood glucose concentration and gastrointestinal bleeding, that elevated blood sugar and gastrointestinal bleeding have a significant correlation. 1 clinical data
