采用噻唑蓝(MTT)比色法来研究植物多糖和植物氨基酸对昆明小鼠淋巴细胞、巨噬细胞和多形核白细胞的直接活化作用,结果显示植物多糖对小鼠三种细胞有直接活化作用;植物氨基酸对小鼠淋巴细胞活性有抑制作用,对小鼠多形核白细胞和巨噬细胞有直接活化作用,尤其是多形核白细胞作用更为显著(P<0.001)
The direct activation of plant lymphocytes, macrophages and polymorphonuclear leukocytes by plant polysaccharides and plant amino acids was studied by MTT colorimetric assay. The results showed that plant polysaccharides directly activated three kinds of mouse cells ; Plant amino acids inhibit the activity of mouse lymphocytes, and have direct activation on mouse polymorphonuclear leucocytes and macrophages, especially the role of polymorphonuclear leukocytes (P <0.001)
