我们遵照毛主席关于“中国医药学是一个伟大的宝库,应当努力发掘,加以提高”的伟大教导,在中期妊娠引产中,应用中西医结合作为辅助方法,得到了一些效果。为了不断总结经验,继续探索和提高效率,总结我科自1974年4月～1975年7月间,用各种不同方法和辅助方法进行中期妊娠引产成功者90例,作比较分析如下: 一、一般材料:妊娠12～28周要求终止妊娠而无引产禁忌症者,其中水囊引产70例,羊水交换20例。二、方法:按一般术前常规准备后进行无菌操作引产。
