显著镜在使用过程中,特别是用偏振光来研究钢中夹杂物的时候,就必须使载物台的中心与视场中心重合,而视场中心是固定的,那末只有调整载物台的中心。目前调整方法有两种:①二分之一渐近法;②寻找中心法(“关于载物台定心的一点体会”1976年理化检验通讯5—6期合刊物理部分)。这两种调整方法都没有明确指出载物台中心与视场中心的相对方位和相对距离,因此调整时亦较费时。为了解决这一问题,本文从两个方面阐述载物台中心的调整原理和方法:
