研究了用于制各新一代低压加氢精制倦化剂CH-6的Mo-Ni-W-P浸渍液的可配性,浸溃液性质与CH-6催化剂活性的关系。研究结果表明,原料性状对Mo-Ni-W-P浸渍液的可配性有明显的影响。选择适宜的原料,在一定投料比范围内,存在可配区和不可配区。在可配区内,配制的浸溃液是清亮稳定的,浸渍液的P/Mo比为0.46—0.69,Mo/Ni比为2—2.5,Mo/W比为1.9—2.3(原子比)。pH值为1.5—2.5时,CH-6催化剂具有高的低压加氢脱氮活性.
The relationship between the properties of dipping liquid and the activity of CH-6 catalyst was studied for the preparation of Mo-Ni-W-P impregnating solution for the new generation of low pressure hydrotreating CH-6. The results show that the raw material properties of the Mo-Ni-W-P impregnation solution has a significant effect. Select the appropriate raw materials, in a certain range of feed ratio, there is no available and can be allocated area. In the dispensable zone, the prepared dipping solution is clear and stable. The impregnation solution has a P / Mo ratio of 0.46-0.69, a Mo / Ni ratio of 2-2.5, and a Mo / W ratio of 1.9-2.3 (atomic ratio).
