在“全民炒股”的投机热潮鼓舞下,中国股市再演“笨钱”斗“牛”的大戏沪综指数经过14天的连续上涨,终于在4月5日“攻陷”了3300点的整数关口。期间,一季度股市数据陆续出台,不断鼓动着中国证券市场强势上冲高位。比如,一季度A股新增开户数高达501万户,超过了去年全年308．35万的开户数;一季度沪深两市成交金额达到8．63万亿元,接近去年全年的9．25万亿元;一季度以来,个股股价平均涨幅超过40％,ST板块涨幅更是高达80％。
