在处方调配中,我们发现中药“五加皮”的调配较为混乱。由于医生在处方中只写“五加皮”,因而在处方调配中,五加皮、香加皮、刺五加均有调之。对于处方中“五加皮”究竟应调配哪一种,不能一概而论,应根据处方的内容,分析其治疗主证后,再加以调配。由于长期形成的习惯,药剂人员只注意药物的配伍禁忌,用量用法,机械地按方付药,而忽视了调配之前,分析审查处方的重要性,所以容易发生五加皮、香加皮、刺五加在实际调配中的误调。
In the formulation of prescriptions, we found that the deployment of Chinese herbal medicine “Fujigao” is more confusing. As doctors write only “Five plus skins” in their prescriptions, in the prescription deployment, Acanthopanax, Xiangjiapi and Acanthopanax are all adjusted. As to which of the five prescriptions in the prescription should be allocated, it should not be generalized. It should be based on the contents of prescriptions and analyzed after the treatment of the main card. Due to the long-established habits, pharmacy personnel only pay attention to the incompatibility of drugs, usage, and mechanically pay for drugs, but neglected the importance of analysis and examination of prescriptions before deployment, so prone to acanthopanax, incense, and thorns. Five plus misunderstood in the actual deployment.
